Automotive 2026 Revisions Training Program brings together three significant changes taking effect, or expected to take effect, in 2026 in a single programme: PSCR, SPC and ISO 19011.
Keeping up with standard and guideline revisions is a scattered effort for most quality teams: each change is announced at a different time, tracked through different sources, and often learned about at the last minute as an audit approaches. This programme gathers three topics updated in the same year into a single structured programme, offering the fastest way to keep your competence current.
Why these three topics together?
2026 has been a year in which several guidelines in the automotive quality ecosystem were reviewed at the same time. PSCR redefined the product safety and conformity responsibility; SPC updated the statistical process control approach through the joint AIAG & VDA framework; and ISO 19011 introduced changes to audit management methodology.
Although these three topics may look independent of each other, in daily practice they land on the same teams’ desks: someone conducting a process audit needs to know the ISO 19011 changes, someone interpreting SPC data needs to follow the updated approach, and the product safety officer can’t afford to miss the changes in PSCR. The programme addresses all three at once, comparatively.
Who is it for?
- Quality managers and quality engineers
- Internal auditors and those who run the audit programme
- Product safety and conformity officers (the PSCR role)
- Process and production engineers working with SPC data
- Experienced quality professionals who want to keep their competence current
There are no prerequisites; the programme suits experienced participants looking to refresh their current knowledge as well as those learning the topic for the first time.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you cover only the revision changes, or the fundamentals of the topic too? Each module covers both the fundamentals of the topic and the changes brought by the 2026 revision. It’s also suitable for participants who have never taken the underlying training before.
I’ve already taken these three trainings separately — can I just learn the updates? In in-house programmes, the content can be shortened to focus only on the updates, depending on the participant profile.
Do I need to take the modules on separate dates? In open-enrolment programmes, the modules are scheduled on separate dates. For an in-house request, the three modules can also be combined into a condensed, back-to-back calendar.
Are the revisions finalized, or still drafts? Effective dates for standards and guidelines can change; the training content is prepared based on current information, and we share the up-to-date status in the request form when needed.
