My connection to management systems was established in the field, far beyond theory. Across more than twenty years, I have applied the same discipline from three distinct perspectives:
Each role deepened the next. From engineering positions to executive management, I observed firsthand how standards come to life within an organization — or where they fail to do so. As an auditor, I measured the gap between formal documentation and shop-floor reality. As a consultant today, I help organizations bridge that exact gap.
The majority of my career has been built within the automotive and aerospace industries. I implemented management standards and customer-specific requirements not at a desk, but through direct contact with OEMs, on Tier 1 production floors, and under real manufacturing and audit pressures. I gained comprehensive expertise spanning implementation, management, training, and auditing, while managing certification processes for numerous facilities across multiple standards.
I witnessed the evolution of sustainability requirements firsthand, leading EcoVadis and SAQ initiatives that achieved top-tier ratings in the companies I served.
Furthermore, Lean Six Sigma projects under my leadership were recognized with national awards.
